Matthew Weiner's brilliant, Emmy-winning drama "Mad Men" returns for a third season on AMC this Sunday with big changes afoot at Sterling-Cooper. The opening episode, "Out of Town," finds Don Draper (Jon Hamm) going on a business trip with closeted graphic designer Salvatore Romano (Bryan Batt). After years of banging everything in skirts, is Don going gay?
